Due to the acumulative effects of daily use, the 1 teaspoon per day limit should be maintained for at least 1 week before making a decision to change the amount. Many people notice heat or a buzz or ringing in the ears. When this happens, the daily use should be reduced until these effects are almost unnoticed.
Mountain Manna is most effective when used at least 4 hours after and at least 30 minutes before eating, such as on waking. It is also quite effective when the daily measure is followed by a normal mixture of unsweetened concord grape juice concentrate with filtered spring water.
Never use city tap water in the mixing. Use either filtered spring water or untreated drinking water. De-ionized or distilled waters are not appropriate. We have found that the most immediate effects are felt when the daily use (taken on an empty stomach) is mostly absorbed by holding in the mouth 10 to 20 seconds like a mouthwash before swallowing.
Combination of two or more of the different spring source mannas may provide a broader spectrum of specific benefits.
These mannas are colloidal suspensions, not solutions. It is natural that a small amount of the colloids will slowly drop out of suspension over time. A mixing shake or two before use ensures dosages are consistent.
